Yes, Rhode Islanders are welcome to visit and purchase from a Massachusetts dispensary. Under Massachusetts law, anyone 21 and over with valid government-issued ID is allowed to purchase cannabis products in the state.
This is a good place to note that cannabis you purchase in Massachusetts has to stay in Massachusetts. Federal law still prohibits the sale of marijuana, and crossing state lines with it can lead to fines or possibly even jail time.
