Connecticut Dispensary Laws
Currently, a person can possess 1.5 oz of cannabis legally. Until at least the end of 2022, retail sales will not be possible. Home growers are currently not allowed to do so. Since October 1, 2021, medical marijuana patients have been able to cultivate a maximum of 12 plants per household, including 3 mature plants and 3 immature plants. Starting July 1, 2023, all adults will be able to grow under the same rules.
